Contributor Terms

These Contributor Terms govern your use of Flevy Business Data Services ("Flevy BDS") as a data contributor.

1. Listings are offers to discuss, not sales. Creating a listing catalogs data you may be able to license. It transfers no data and creates no obligation on either side.
2. You must have the rights. You confirm, for each listing, that you own or control the rights needed to license the described data, and that listing it violates no law, contract, or third-party right.
3. Accuracy. Volumes and descriptions are self-reported. You agree to describe your data accurately and in good faith.
4. Samples. Sample files you upload are stored securely, used only to evaluate your data for prospective transactions, and are not publicly accessible.
5. Non-exclusive. Listing on Flevy BDS is non-exclusive. Any exclusivity would be agreed separately, per deal.
6. Transactions are separate. Any actual license, pricing, and delivery will be covered by a separate written agreement negotiated per deal.
7. Privacy. Your account and listing information is used by Flevy BDS to operate the service and market aggregated (non-identifying) inventory to AI labs.
8. Termination. You may withdraw listings or close your account at any time; recorded legal acceptances are retained as required.
